📌 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between laroph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the laroph online casino and sports betting platform available at laroph.app and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered by laroph, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Verification: laroph may require you to submit identity verification documents (such as a government-issued ID, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address at any time, including before processing withdrawals. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your laroph login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. laroph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify laroph immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact laroph support via live chat at any time.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one laroph account. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred to any other person.

laroph supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. laroph reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
• Currency: All transactions on the laroph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

🎁 5. Bonuses & Promotions

laroph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. laroph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where this rule is violated.

laroph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if laroph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

laroph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency
• Voluntary closure requested by the account holder

Upon account closure, any pending withdrawals of verified funds will be processed in accordance with laroph's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Nothing in this clause shall limit laroph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
